Do you need help navigating through a difficult time? Did our Sunday series on Anxiety bring up more questions than we were able to cover during the service? If you answered yes to either of these questions you are not alone. Some of our most significant personal growth happens around difficult times in life. But we do not have to navigate difficult things on our own. Throughout scripture God encourages us to live in community and to seek counsel from those that have wisdom.

One of the best ways we have seen to begin to dealing with issues in our lives, including anxiety, is to start seeing a counselor. A counselor will be able to help you understand more what you are struggling with, where certain thoughts or actions stem from, and can help you learn some coping methods to improve your day to day life. Our belief is that God uses pain and trials in our lives in ways that ultimately work for our good, our growth and for His glory, but that doesn’t make it easy or fun.
